COMMUNITY LIVING & SUPPORT 

​

Community Living and Support  combines current Personal Care, In-home Skill Building, and In-home Intensive service.  The service is designed to support successful living with family and/or other natural supports and acquire adaptive and community living skills. 

​

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE 

​

Personal Assistance is a support service which provides assistance to individuals with a developmental disability engage in:

1) personal activities in the home,

2) support in skill development, or

3) supportive care in community or specialized habilitation or rehabilitation services. 

​

B3 RESPITE 

​

B3 Respite may be provided as an individual or group service.Respite services provide periodic support and relief to the primary caregivers from the responsibility and stress of caring for children-ages three (3) to twenty-one (21) with mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse, and for adults with developmental disabilities. Persons receiving this service must live in a non-licensed setting, with non-paid caregiver(s). This service enables the primary caregiver(s) to meet or participate in scheduled and unscheduled events and to have time away from the child with MH/DD/SAS diagnosis or adults with developmental disabilities. Respite may include in and out-of-home services, activities in a variety of community locations, and may include overnight services.
