Developmental Therapy
Developmental Therapy services are available for children as young as 3 years old, teens, and adults who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability and have significant functional limitations in 3 of 7 life skill areas (Mobility, Learning, Receptive and Expressive Language, Self-Care, Capacity for Independent Living, Capacity for Economic Self- Sufficiency, and Self-Direction).
Psychiatric Services
Services are performed by a North Carolina Board Certified Psychiatrist that is comfortable providing services to individuals with Mental Health as well as Intellectual Disabilities. Services include:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
- Psychiatric therapy
- Ongoing medication management
- Forensic Evaluations
Outpatient Therapy Services
SRFC, Inc. offers a range of services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and special populations. Our staff of licensed therapists is committed to helping you achieve the best outcome by working together to create a treatment plan based upon your needs.

(CAP Services)-Home and Community Supports
Home and Community Supports meets the support needs of individuals within their own homes by providing instruction and assistance to enable the individual to acquire and maintain skills that will allow him/her to function with greater independence in the community.
(CAP Services)- Personal Care Services
Personal Care Services provides support, supervision and engaging participation with eating, bathing, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.
In-Home Health Care for Children
In-Home Health Care Services are provided in the privacy and comfort of one’s home. We accept Medicaid as well as Private Pay Patients. Due to the new changes in Medicaid, Medicaid Clients may only receive the following services: Assistance with Walking, Assistance with Bathing, Assistance with Feeding, and Assistance with Dressing. Private Pay Patients may still receive Companion, Sitter services, and Home Making Services.
